One night a father overheard his son pray: Dear God, Make me
the kind of man my Daddy is. Later that night, the Father prayed, Dear God, Make me the kind of man my son wants me to be.

 

Children have more need of models than critics.

 

 

We may not shower him with praise
Nor mention his name in song,
And sometimes it seems that we forget
The joy he spreads as he goes along,
But it doesn’t mean that we don’t know
The wonderful role that he has had.
And away down deep in every heart
There’s a place that is just for Dad.....

 

 

The most important thing a father can do for his
children is to love their mother.
