THIS IS JUST PLAIN NOT RIGHT!

 

We came up with the idea of having a raffle with a trip to Ireland as the prize a
few years ago.  The main goal was to generate seed money for the festival.

Obviously we wanted to make money also (imagine that!!!!!)  We sent tickets out to people, who maybe did not want them.  If you fall into that category, You do have a legitimate gripe.  Send your tickets to me (Maury Collins 1955 Brame Pl. Toledo, Ohio 43613)  It will cost you 41 cents plus an envelope.  I will give you a dollar ticket at the festival.  PLEASE if you don’t want the tickets or if you are
unable to sell them or buy them...please send them back.  If you have sold or bought the tickets and you are hanging on to the stubs and the money……SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!  Send the money and tickets to Matt Cassidy today..PLEASE

                  news from the ladies

                        LAOH had a baby shower for member Nicole Creech-Cassidy. Baby
                        Grace O'Mally Cassidy will be joining us some time in April? or the
                        near future. Many nice gifts were received for Baby "Mally".

The festival bake sale ladies are asking for donations of baked goods and cash. Baked goods should be labeled as to what is in it or what it is. Diabetic baked goods are also appreciated.

Festival set up will be Thursday, March 13 and 7pm. and Friday, March 14 at noon. The Art Fair will be set up Friday, March 14 also at noon. Please come and help set up if you are able!

Prayers were said for the Past State President, Joan Cavanaugh, Sr. Margaret Collins, Janet Desmond's daughter, Magee Whitman who fell and broke her pelvis, and Charlotte Kehoe's granddaughter Charlotte

The LAOH is establishing a funeral committee to inform funeral homes of the Hibernian service for members who pass.
